fan of sohc too. been running my non-vtec sohc for going on 6 years stock internals. made 200+whp/200+wtq most of it's boosted life. it now makes upwards of 250whp/230wtq stock internals (it's days may be numbered at that power level though). it's seen a few trips to 17psi which would put it around 270-280whp, but no dyno verification on that one.

wastegate 9psi, low boost 10psi, high boost 14psi...didn't spend a lot of time on the boost control settings they kept bouncing 1psi on the boost control (can't feel it on the street).

I remember when you first boosted your Civic back in the days... This was at the old Fuddrucker meets in Alpharetta..

    Nice numbers!

I'm the guy Paul posted about. It's going to get more power at some point, but not on stock internals. I'm going to put a bit of time in on this setup (high CR, low boost) verifying that it is indeed what I want for autox, and assuming it proves itself, I'll build a bottom end with a block guard, SRP pistons, and Eagle rods. That should be a 400 HP bottom end, though I would never turn it up that high for autox as that would just be a quick way to turn $250 a piece Hoosiers into expensive smoke. Still, I suspect that with some suspension tuning I should be able to make use of another 75 - 100 HP.
