appreciate it man....just looking, cuz stock the new cobalt ss wont go over 260 whp no matter what you do to them except tuning...a tune for that car is expected to add another 30-40 hp..true or not, idk...just what i heard from the cobalt forum
a tune on a boosted car makes a HUGE difference. I am not sure why they say nothing you do to them will make them gain whp... That makes NO sense at all, but a tune is definately a way to free up power.

the ecu is designed to limit hp to 260 which is the stock level...so intake/exhaust/bigger turbo w/e does nothing without the tune...was their explanation
the way they explained it made since, my 2nd hand explanation probably makes me sound like an idiot, but i just dont feel like searching that forum for it again, lol.
those new ss's are no joke. alot nicer then the s/c models.

i appreciate the feedback guys...an yeah, the new cobalts are pretty quick..260 hp and tourqe aint too bad..lol...i just wanna get this tune b/c i heard it brings it up to around 300 hp especially if u add a few bolt ons.

Yea I have heard they have that calbration in the ecu... Im not sure what kinda software is out for the new ss/tc to tune with...would be sick with a diablosport predator/ems/sct tho.
