Default Need info on how to fix striped exhaust studs?

I was running a new GTR last night and hit something it the road and it bent the shit outta my downpipe and ripped the exhaust manifold and 6 studs out of my head. Not sure how to go about fixing it. Someone told me to helicoil them

did it break the studs themselves or tear out the threads on the head?

tore the studs out the head i got 4 bolts holding my turbo and manifold on. which is the bottom manifold bolts. So there's like a half inch gap in between my manifold and head

Striped exhaust studs? Some spraypaint should cover up the stripes.

Stripped? Different story. Helicoils are actually pretty reliable, but the head will have to come off the car to do it right. Time Serts are a lot better. If you're good you can do it with a hand drill, but a Bridgeport or some other kind of mill would be a hell of a lot more accurate.
