We liked our F350, but we wish we would have gotten the Dodge Dually instead of the 4500 when we "upgraded".

I would say def diesel and def dually. Even when we used to tow our Supra waaaaayyy back in the day (OMG 2002) in an open car trailer, it SUCKED towing it with a non-dually. It's just tense driving it. The dually is much more relaxing because you don't have to worry about the trailer all over the road. This is especially important to remember if you haul long distances.

If upgrading is really a concern I would say Ford Power Stroke. They have the most available upgradeable parts and ems, from what I know.
and that 4500 was a sweet ride!!! yall still have it? didnt know since yall didnt drift this year, bet you're glad you didnt since they cancelled so many events
