If the original wheel has an ultimate strength of 700MPa and the fake, I mean knockoff, wheel has an ultimate strength of 300MPa, and you apply a pressure of 1000ksi, then more than likely both wheels are going to break. But, I will still rather take my chances with the companies that actually took the time out to try to increase the yield and ultimate strength of the material.
