i got it this mornin at wally world for real cheap cause of the sales and stuff...its a pretty bad game..

agreed. But you have to keep in mind it is an arcade style game.

the only thing im dissapointed by is the graphics...im playin on PS2 rather than PS3 but i still feel like they are lacking, compared to what the commercial on tv showed

...dude im playing it...like right this second...as im typing this...and im telling you...the graphics are terrible..the game is fun tho...i have a badass old school shelby right now...and the story line is pretty cool i guess...i mean its not Underground...but its still a good game

the game is ok.... there's bugs in the pc version (what i have) that are kinda annoying. the game isnt nearly as fun as pro street and most wanted and carbon.... but it is nice to see the cops back. im currently like 60% done with it.

i actually really hated Carbon...Im right behind you at about 55% finished...and i like this one a lot...my favorite is Underground tho...

i also hated carbon, never played pro street.. this one looked interesting, but i cant bring myself to try and play it on my boring ps2. i have full intentions of picking up a 360 elite i found in the classifieds tommorow...

The graphics are pretty good - on PC. It runs pretty good maxed out at 1680x1050.

The gameplay - is sorely lacking. I'm glad I only downloaded it and didnt pay for it lol. I havent even beaten the game and I've uninstalled it already.

game is alright its not the best of the need for speed series but its good

gameplay is a lil choppy even on ps3 so dont get your hopes up on it bein any better; i mean the graphics are great but other than...

Carbon was awful. I think I'm the only one who liked Pro Street. I've enjoyed the NFS series and I really want to check this out.

By the way, if anyone has a PS3 copy they want to let go, I'll take it!

EDIT: Just read the IGN Review and they gave it a 4/10...wow, that's pretty disappointing. Sad to see...because these games have been pretty fun.

I think one thing that the NFS series has nailed much better than any other racing game is the car's exhaust notes.

Hmm I disagree about the exhaust notes. My Z06 does not sound anything like it does in the game. They just do a good job of faking ehaust notes, but its still more arcade than sim.

Games like Simbin's GTR do a MUCH better job with the engine/ehaust/transmission sounds. Man even the first car you get - the BMW GTR - sounds sooo sweet with that sequential - sometimes I play just to listen!

I really liked Most Wanted. Whichever one had that "crew" that was supposed to help you during the race...I think it was Carbon...THAT game was stupid.

I thought carbon was good, it was different and i liked the drifting.

PRO Street was cool too, but it got way too repetitive.
