Except the 2" exhaust and 5 slot mags, but 5 slot mags were a dealer option for Z cars.
and a new custom hood scoop... that actually had a picture taken of it so others could see.

Alright the car is a 1978 Ferrari 308 GTS Straight 1 owner car. But what makes it special it is the only Ferrari that you can treat as a daily driver. The other fascinating part about it it was actually the only type of Ferrari you saw at the races. Its a V8 with duel 4 barrel carbs and will take turns almost 3 times as fast as what they are rated. Tell me it isnt beautiful. I can get a picture of it tomorrow and post it for you.

I can be 100% honest with you and myself when I say the 308 is in fact one of the ugliest Ferraris ever made.

You should make him one of your $60 home made body kits.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

Thats a great opinion (I second your opinion. To be completely honest they are all ugly) but take into consideration im not talking about the looks of the car. Its the only Ferrari model in the world that other Ferrari owners cant say that their Ferrari is meant to be a daily driver.

No, apparently it's just saying you have soemthing no one else has. I'mma go outside and key fun patterns in my car! Then, it'll be mine and no one else will have it. And it'll be the onl Rx-7 with Pedobear and nintendo gsamecubes scratched into it that I can call a daily driver. Everyone will be so jealous, and volvo-Mech will approve. While I'm at it, I'l dremel evey other spoke out of my mesh wheels so I'll have custom wheels.

540 cu., merlin III block, dart heads, 14.5:1 forged pistons, eagle crank, billet rods, manley valves, extremely nitrous biased cam (don't remember the specs), holley intake, dominator carb, NOS plate kit (set up for 200 shot), completely built powerglide, and built ford 9" rear end.

Im goin just for now with a 350 with 305 heads so that the compressions is high enough to run turbo blue through it. Also im going to put a 9 bolt ford rear end in and eventually get the 12 bolt rear end. i have tee tops on the trans am so i gotta be careful with how much power i put into it. i am going to put the frame braces in and get a couple extra support pieces to put in. (Definately not my first choice of race car)
I wasnt able to choose which car i wanted. But any way im probly going to get a nice carburated engine after this. Probly bore out a 350 to a 375 30 over ill end up stroking it later. After that ill throw a 24 bolt rear end in just to be on the safe side for throwing in the 572 with probly a t 6000 richmond trans just because. but ya. just looking for advice for what would be best so it doesnt get blown sky high.

What is turbo blue? and why would you want your compression to be higher for a turbo?

24 bolt is the dual 12 bolt rear-end set up... it's crazy for launches

I really am sorry for bein an ass just comin in i dont really get into the engine work on anything thats not american, i really can build the kits though. I wanted to come in and learn a little more about the 4cylinders and that. Also I really just came in here lookin for someone to come up with an idea for a kit. but ya im tired of just building them for up here. i want to try and expand. ill send you guys some money if you really want me to. i was just bored with making virtually the same body kit up here over and over. so...i guess if nothing else ill cya around. Sorry to waste your time.

turbo blue is gas mixed with jet engine fuel. it needs higher compression for the higher amount of octane. (classroom ****. Octane is the inability for gas to self combust.)

self ignite what ever. but ya the reason i would have the 24 bolt is to not brake the axel in half on the start. with the 572 and higher its a very nice recomendation. and also the reason there is a stock of them up here is because of all the trucks. everyone goes to the badlands eventually. its pretty fun and it gives you a little more respect for all the big trucks out there.

you wouldnt happen to have any idea on the gear ratios i would need to have to run a possibly bigger engine than a 572 would you?

you guys wouldnt happen to have heard about someone puttin 4 inch pistons in a 4 cylinder other than tokyo drift would you? up here its been done but the guy didnt set the engine up and he pretty much has to have a steady stock of the pistons because he kills the car after every race. just wondering if there is a better way to do it, i might have just the car for it.

you know of any way that a 4 cylinder like an eagle talon or something could have 4 inch pistons and still run after a street race?

Also what kind of a gear ratio i would have to have for an engine thats bigger than a 572?

There is a car up here i think its a 2g eclipse that runs with 4 inch pistons and he didnt set the car up right and the thing flies until the engine fails.
