The Genesis is going to be a hit, I think. It makes good power and looks good, too.
I just hope their power ratings are accurate. I remember when the V6 Tibs came out and a lot of folks saw the V6 Tiburon's BHP was lower than the factory rated. I'm sure it won't be an issue this time around.
When you think 2.0L 4cyl in the GC, think "world motor" turned the right way...the aftermarket should be NICE for this thing...
BTW, look up world motor...

With the warranty that Hyundai has on these cars, I'm pretty sure the Hyundai will hold it's own. They wouldn't offer such extensive coverage if it was going to break all the time.

The genesis is supposed to compete with a BMW 5 or 7 series...Not a 3.
I saw one at the paris auto show, from the outside I was not impressed... still looks cheaply made like any other hyundai.
Holy sh!t! 34k for a Hyundai? What will be a resale value after couple years? I don't see how somebody could be in debt for 4 or 5 years paying it off, and at the end they are stuck with a piece of sh!t. I will ride a bicycle before I get a Hyundai. Hyundai Na=unreliable, Hyundai + turbo = unreliable^10. S2k>any Hyundai, it is a no-brainer!

Well, because with the Hyundai you get the BMW 3-Series price but the 7-Series amenities. Don't let the badging fool you. Check one out for yourself. These are going to compete quite well in the market they're shooting for.
Hyundai is coming up, and if you've even glanced at the interior of a genesis it is top notch.
