    I can, but haven't in a long time, so I'd probably grind the first 5-10 times I did it. My Audi's Trans is too expensive for me to do anything besides baby it at the moment, learned how to do it in a Miata actually. I probably COULD NOT do it at race-speeds though, I'd need alot of practice at speed to do it.

    Hence the master OR slave. I don't know too many DRIVERS that haven't been required to do it at some time or another. I've driven well over 250,000 miles all in used vehicles, only 50k of them being in a car with less than 100k miles...from that experience you tend to learn things, one being parts fail for no particular reason. Knowing how to deal with it is the key.

    ...and yeah, I said endurance races. There an issue with that? I could say 20-45 minute sprint races or 3 to 13 to 25 hour endurance races. Parts break or fail, it's a part of owning, driving, or racing a car.

    i had to drive my friend prelude with no clutch it was hard seeing that it was my first time and i was never shown how i just remember seeing it down but i made it to were we need to get so it was all good

    92 Lx 466, 11.8 @ 111 (Daily Driver )
    98 sunfire GT (terrible gas mileage)

    but wanna kno wuts tricky, drivn a car wit out using the gas, it sucks, i had to do it at work one day.

    i guess if your at a drag strip and your not scared to break parts then its ok but on a road coarse its better to clutch down gas up.
