I don't get angry with a sales assosicate who is polite, well trained, and obviously trying to be of service. Like when the (store manager) at O'Reily's did not understand how to read heat range on NGK spark plugs. He was helpful, just didn't understand what the numbers meant. So I explained it to him, and in return he gave me the plugs.Originally Posted by SammyPain

Once Darsheke (or Shanequa, or Funtaya, or whatever her name was) had consumed the bucket, she waved me over with her shiney, greasy hand and inquired, "What you want?"
Pep Boys' employees tend to be the laziest, least informed, and most apathetic of any of the chain parts stores.
