I can vouch for tunnel, his se-r is one of the quickest that I've seen. Some tuning and cams should put him at 200+.
But to the op, a b16 isn't fast but is a fun little motor.

well his power to weight ratio sounds about right for his ET and trap. especially since he was on slicks. On street tires the best i have been able to cut was 14.1 at 102.7. Give me some slicks and I'd be in the low 13's easily and yes I would be launching a little high, because my stage 4 clutch and DSS stage 2.9 axels could handle a 6k rpm launch with slicks.

"power wasnt as great as i was hoping for in the lower boost levels. but damn, it breaths above 20psi. we ended the night a little early as the walbro 225lph pump just couldnt keep up. we ended at 30psi making 530whp and 331tq. it still has more in it too. the car was leaning out above 8000rpm. so with a little more fuel i should pick up about another 10-15 horsepower, with more rpm (10,000rpm) it should pick up another 15-20hp. hopefully when all is said and done, itl be close to 550 wheel horsepower. and that SHOULD be good for mid to low 10 second quarter miles."

Anyways, a b16 in any other chassis besides an EF is trash. I own a crx with a b16 and I pulled on a b16 swapped 95 civic coupe and I had a d15 engine in my hatch and a d-series tranny on my passenger floor board. So before to write off all b16s, look at what chassis they are in.
