Yeah, didn't mean to hi-hack, but I couldn't help myself. However, I think all of OP's questions have been answered. The first reply pretty much took care of it.
Having owned both an S13 and S14 I can say there is very little difference in how each one handles, despite the upset in the weight balance. It pretty much comes down to which chassis you prefer.
