To the OP. To be completely honest if your looking for power you chose the wrong platform (speak for urself man) however your not completely out of luck. The 4G69 is almost identical(meaning differant intenals) to that of a 4G63 out of an Evo. What most of the 3G GS guys do since they have the 4G64 is put on an Evo head, manifold, turbo, and then tune. This will be good for somewhere around 250whp+ I've seen better all depends on the tune and tranny your using.

If you shop around you should be able to source most of the stuff you need for about 3-4k no more than you would normally pay for a turbo kit anyways.

So ur telling him to make a hybrid motor that may or may not last insted of something that would last.

By the way the 3000gt was just a thought, it is a v-6 which was an option in his car but with the turbos i have no idea if it will bolt in but it is possible with an SL tanny.
