Huh? Not sure where you're getting your facts from. From the linked article:
0-60:
C63- 4.1
IS-F- 4.3
M3- 4.3
1/4 mile:
C63- 12.5
IS-F- 12.7
M3- 12.7
The C63 was always known to be quicker in a straight line simply because of more torque available from low down. Its the bends and curves that push the ///M ahead. Basically, the M3 wins the comparo simply because it offers the most sporty driving experience and thrill amongst the three and offers a stick as a real sports car should. However, the C63 is the real muscle car in this group with a massive V8 and loads of torque/hp.
What I'm really looking forward to is a shootout between the E92 ///M and the upcoming RS5. I've driven the current RS4 a few times and the gearbox, power, looks and aural pleasure are just a winning combo IMO. The IS-F may have super amounts of power but at the end of the day, it looks too ricey. The C63 would be one hell of a car, if only it had a 6 spd down the middle.
