i dont know the steve petty guy, but my best firends brother in law (eric dillard) owns proline, and they so some incredable work. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT USE TURBO DAVE!! that dude will rip you off out your mothers a$$hole.

i would stay away from mainstream as well.... they dont like working with DISTRIBUTORS for some reason....

He had this CRX put together using HIS PARTS at mainstream when i was there like 2 or 3 years ago. It made 350whp with a stock b16. Kid took it, never heard from him again, then like a year later he pops up on IA talking trash.

I never worked on his car, and it was put together with parts he supplied, and we got the car in half ass torn apart shape.

IIRC this isnt even the original owner, the original owner was ADAM. This kid is th guy that bought it from ADAM, so i dont even know who he is.

Really man you sound like you're talking out of your ass. I don't even have an affiliation with mainstream and tune my own cars, but having talked to Scotty on several occasions and seen a lot of what he has tuned.. hes on top of the Honda game. Hes tuned plenty of high hp cars as well as thrown together junk yard setups and has gotten good results with both. I have a feeling that theres a big part of your story that you are leaving out to try and shift the blame to an innocent party. BTW mr kidd AFAIK hasn't been with mainstream in a little while either.

I just sent a friend up to MSPi and Turbo Dave this week to have an alternator bracket fabbed up because i'd heard such good things about his work and come to find out....Turbo Dave was a badass and made a bracket that can't be beat so there is another +1 for TDFab
