well i took it to a shop the HONDA DOCTOR he is a good friend and i am going to pay him to look at it b/c i am tried of the damn thing and tired of pulling the headers or motor out to replace stuff so i am buying all new seals and wat not to replace so hopefully its a done deal thanks guys for the help and i will let you guys know wat is causing the problem.............
