    Default oil leak

    well so much for it being the oil pan gasket b/c i replaced it 2 times to day and i am not going to do it agian i i figured that it must be comming from a diffrent spot know so the leak is comming fromt the driver side and is pretty bad only when i drive the car and the oil preesure builds up will it leak it wont leak UNTIL i drive the car it is not the oil pan gasket b/c like i siad i replaced it 2 twice to day once i didi it and the second time my frien did it with a tquore wrench and set it to 8.7 lbs and it leaked still so where in the f*cking worl can it becoming from its pretty bad because it almosta steady flow of oil and coming from the driver side not sure where but its on the motor mount side for sure lmk so i can F*cking fix the damn headache..........................

    if it's from the driver side, check the oil pump seal, and cam seals

    alright is ther any way i can checl taht with out jacking the car up right now i dont have acsses to a jack and wont till friday morning

    pull the time belt cover off. get some brake parts cleaner clean the whole side off. have somebody sit in the car and rev it to like 2k an hold it. if its leaking from the that side it will show.

    sounds like the leak on my old f22b mine came from the crank seal

    so you can take the timeing belt cover off and just start the car and rev to abotu 2k and watch for a leak does the car need to be jacked up or can it be on the ground

    on the ground. take the upper timing belt cover off. u dont have to take the lower cover off. watch the cam seals an if u see oil splashing up from the crank.

    well i already had the upper timming belt cover off to show off those skunk2 cam gears and there is no oil on the timming belt and cam seals or any where else thta i can see with and without the flashlight to look further down the timming belt cover

    the only other thing i can think of is the oil filter. most of the spray would be on the rear mount.

    well i took it to a shop the HONDA DOCTOR he is a good friend and i am going to pay him to look at it b/c i am tried of the damn thing and tired of pulling the headers or motor out to replace stuff so i am buying all new seals and wat not to replace so hopefully its a done deal thanks guys for the help and i will let you guys know wat is causing the problem............. REPS given

    found out wat it was it was the crank seal selant.... he siad u wont be ablt to tell till the lower timming belt cover came off so that you can watch it and look for it as the car ran thanks guys for the help does anybody know how much something like this would cost?

    210 or give or take a few bux at a shop the seal like 10-15 at the dealership. if they are changing that seal id have them do the timing belt, water pump, and or oil pump also depending on when they was last replaced.

    ya i jujst replaced all of that when i did my motor swap so i should all be good but didn't replace the seal b/c i didn't know one was there i do know and will replace ti an all the mtoros i swap into cars i pick it up 2morrow and find out how much it will cost

    reps to this guy he's daamn right!..might as well change them brand new too while your at it, but make sure u buy the right timing belt for the right water pump! many ppl dont know and say "oh as long as it's a b-series" and then what, KaBoooom!!!

    P72-22teeth wat/p with the P72 t.belt
    and
    P75-19teeth wat/p with the P7J t.belt
