I don't think it looks like the G35 but overall its a very nice car but I wouldn't trade my G35 for it. I believe its best features are the 3.7L motor and the interior. If your really thinking about getting one, I definetly would suggest it. I'm happy with my 35 and i'm sure the 37 has more to offer. I have yet to test drive one tho, that'll happen this saturday when I take my car to the dealership.

well the looks are pretty damn close, the lights are the main difference. the interior looks a lot better with this generation, even though the previous generation was not bad at all. i have driven both (used to own a G35) and i was not impressed with the small power increasei think they could of done better to keep up with bmw's 335
Well I haven't driven the 37 or the 335 but when they tested the two cars against each other, the G37 came out on top over the 335i twin turbo. The main thing that the 335 had over the G37 was the ride comfort and in-cabin noise.Originally Posted by LS2_KID

hmm i'm just talking about faster in a straight line? or did the 335 fall short in that competition aswell?Originally Posted by Jonflip29

Is there a Spec Camry where you can get an 87 Camry and race in a league with other spec camry's with 250+K on them? Would a 91 Maxima do 30 laps on Road America without overheating the brakes with proper pads?Could that Maxima even do 3 laps without exploding? Simple Japanese cars are the most reliable cars in the world, because they serve a simple purpose. Performance Japanese cars are another story. Compare an E30 to say...300zx. Thats like comparing a cancer patient to someone who seems like they will never die. Your fanboy comment is ignorance and biased because you drive a Japanese car.Originally Posted by Jonflip29

If this were actually to happen i would put my money on the 300zx (both cars having the highest performance from the factory). However, I would take an e30 M3 over any TT 300zx any day of the weekOriginally Posted by M5 LITE

note: my opinion is not based on reviews of either car
First off the concept looks PERFECT. The production version looks watered down, slightly odd and feminine. IMO, the G35 looks more masculine and overall is a better looking car. Then they make the ALTIMA coupe look nearly identical.
The G37 interior is heads and shoulders above the other 2. Sadly b/c of weight gains, the G37 doesn't perform much if any better than the G35.

yeah I see that car everyday. there are alot of differences from the g35 you just have to spend the time lookin at it to tell. The suspension is deifferent too. I was able to put on the G35 tein mono-flex coilovers though. The stock handling on the g37 does perform better and is even a smoother ride than the g35. You cant trust everything you read.

its sex on wheels.. anyways i saw it the other night on the hwy.. niceeeee i like it alot better than the 5
yeahhhhhh you likeeeee when she does thattttttt
Things I like about the new G37: ICE, NAV, interior, engine, brakes, drivetrain, and headlight
Things I dislike about the new G37: Tail lamp, Non-Sport front bumper looks a lot better than the Sport version, and the wheels are too damn conservative like that of the sedan, can't get any deep dishes or aggressive offsets.
Hit the nail on the head.. no deep dish wheels on the 37 and I hate that. I love the look of it but I would probably opt for a 335 instead
??? not sure, i'll research that. Heres the youtube video. Oops it didn't work, give me a minute.

ok in that video they claim that the G37 runs a 13.8 in the 1320 and the 335ci runs a 13.4 in the 1320
those are with professional drivers though, i do not believe the average joe could pull those numbers off
either way for the money fully loaded G37 vs. fully loaded 335ci
i will take a G37 for the money![]()
AGREED! $3800 less than the BMW. Also in the long run, if you plan to keep either of these cars over 3 years, the G will continue to be more reliable b/c of the japanese designs. I've done a lot of work to euros like BMWs and personally I would never own a 3 year old euro.Originally Posted by LS2_KID

G37 is hella sexy...
Don't get me wrong the 335 is a very hot car, but most BMWs look too similar to each other. They have a lot more models for each series but they all look the same except for the M.

both very nice cars though
Haha nice. Vettes are cool too but not my style. My boss has an 07 Z06 and he talks like its the fastest thing in the world but damn. Haha I know its fast and all but lets not get ahead of ourselves. He is slowly believing in the new GTR from its reviews. Still claims he can smoke it, which is most likely, but I highly doubt it'll be by much. That GTR is a bad mutha....shut yo mouf.Originally Posted by LS2_KID

he has his own website for launching vettes lol
Thats where its all at, the launch and thats where the GTR is gonna benefit. The AWD is gonna rocket off that line. EVO and STI guys and girls can back that up.

I dunno TM40, take a look at one in person. It's not a very photogenic car, but the lines and proportions look much better in person.Originally Posted by TRYMY4.0

And to the person talking about not owning a 3 year old Euro car: Um. Well, if you wouldn't want to own a 3 year old european car, nobody can convince you differently, but the numbers don't hold up much for you. The only car companies that consistently have low long-term reliability issues are those that produced turbocharged cars (Numbers are just pitiful there in America, because Americans abuse Turbo cars and don't know how to maintain them). Anywheres, if you wanna talk about Japanese reliability, I have just three letters for you. D-S-M.
nice car. I saw one last week somewhere... maybe in dawsonville???
