I don't know what you're talking about, I beat the living crap out of my engine and drive i tlike a turbo should be driven. The TII also has more over the N/A FCs than just a better block. It has a better transmission, stiffer suspension, larger brakes, lighter hood, wider 5 lug tires, and a limited slip differential.
Simply put with 13Bs Turbo > no turbo
now for 20Bs N/A P-port = mild street port turbo < heavy modded turbo
and finally,
4 rotors should always be N/A, so much power from the block, it needs to be on tap lag free.
