    Not bad.

    That's a first but Evo's have still been and still do run consistently faster times on stock turbo.

    After I ran my 11.6 I found that other Evo's have been hitting low 11's and even high 10's on stock turbo.

    You have a point, a good reason is that not alot of Subaru owners push their cars to it's limit. You have to take into consideration that the 4g63 has been out alot longer than the ej25. So they're not caught up to the Evo's yet. The STi was running simple bolt-ons, unlike subie's it's easy to make power with Evo's cause of cams and other small upgrades that alot of subaru owners don't do.
