    I...I just can't see what the hell it's good for...Is it a wagon with no cargo space or a jacked up, heavy ass 4 door sedan? Either way, it looks like a pissed off manatee. BMW ceased to be BMW with the E39 M5, original M Roadster/Coupe, and E46 M3. Everything since has been about seeing how much techno-gadgetry they can fit into the thing and still have room for passengers, not to mention being ugly as hell. I wish they'd get back to their roots, but that'll never happen.

    Modern people, esp the ones with the money to buy the new Bimmers, want to be completely isolated from the road and not have to think about anything going on with the car...BMW is just catering to their market...Sucks though that they left those of us that love their real cars, the old E30s, E21s, E36s, E28s, and E34s out to dry. Oh well.

    look another piece of **** i have to deal with at work...im with straight 6....its not about performance anymore its about all that gadgets that are piled into the car....sure the e60 m5's are nice but when it comes to a drivers car its the e39....and sure e92 335's are nice the real enthusiast will buy a e46 m3...people with money want all the gadgets they can get...really do you need a parking sensor and a backup mirror? /rant

    bleh...I'd take an Infiniti FX over that anyday. They're pretty much the only "crossover" vehicle that I think looks at all good.

    the x6 looks alright .. i dont like the way the rear window and the rear of the car overall look.

    I like it...looks just like the new one Volvo just came out with, along with the Mazda CX-7...BMW's just trying to be more competitive on their end I guess.
