    T3's on d series will usually start making boost at around 4k, depending on the size/setup, but they will make power all the way to redline unlike the t25... which is good if its your DD because you can save gas when driving under 4k and still have enough rpm for boosting to mess around with (4000-7500)... so that's the turbo i would recommend...
