This sounds similar to Julians setup.

I would run Skunk2 PRO2s in that setup. With that displacement and that compression, the PRO2 cams will really shine.

YOu should really run PRO3s, but unless you have someone that can CORRECTLY degree the cams, you wont make any power.

If your going to go with BC, stick with BC4.

I prefer Skunk2 though to ANYONE on the market. They make power, period.

    Crower is junk IMHO.

    No hes in Jacksonville FL.

If your engine is in the car, just stick with PRO2s. If your motor is outside of the car, and your looking for BIG POWER, id reccomend having don set it up.

My motor made 20-30whp more than anyone else locally an it was because i had DON build the motor.

Your best bet is to PM him on Honda-Tech.com

DonF is his username. He is a 1 man shop an hard to get ahold of.

If you get lucky, you can call him at:
    904-378-4480

    TELL HIM MIKE/VTECKIDD REFERRED YOU.

Don is prob the best engine builder on the east coast, you will pay for his time, but its well worth it if you are out for MAX power

    My LSVTEC was so simple:
    CP 12:1 Pistons
    Eagle Rods
    ITR Head
    Hytech Header
    Skunk2 PRO3s
    AEBS Intake manifold
    Skunk2 70mm TB
    ROcket Motorsports SPrings/Ret

On pump gas i made 237whp/160TQ. There hasnt been anyone NEAR those numbers locally. Every motor i have dynoed locally with even close to the same setup hasnt cracked 210whp.

there is 20-30 whp in cam setup, especially pro3s.

so if its serious power you want, TRUST ME, PAY DON and TAKE IT TO HIM! YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY

FYI he just got done building a buddy of mines 2.0l LSVTEC with almost the same setup you have, and it made 280BHP (Flywheel HP)(YES HE HAS AN ENGINE DYNO)
if you do the 13% drivetrain loss thats=244whp (not bad for pump gas)
