Do it right one time. As I said my car has been an ongoing process of buying parts, tuning, buying parts, tuning for about the last 10 months so don't feel bad! I love my car and I love driving it. You seem to be asking the right questions and are making the right decisions to do the thing right instead of skipping steps. As I said before once you get the basics down and get the engine built things like a better header, port and polish, those are things that you can do later. But make sure you build a stable solid platform to keep adding on to. You should try to make it over to Mainstream while my car is there and let mike take you for a ride. It may give you some motivation! lol. My car isn't the baddest or fastest but it's a solid ride that makes good power and is a blast to drive everyday. I commute about 110 miles every day in my car so you know it is built well.

Well then you'll have to come to Milledgeville one day when I get it back and I'll give you a ride myself.

No problem. I'm sitting here at my office in Milledgeville right now. I met Mike last night and left him my car to do larger fuel injectors, fuel pump, oil catch can, and some more tuning. I'm hoping to see 175-180 whp when I get it back. Still not through though!! Not until I see 200+ from the little B.

some rev to 13k. im not saying it isnt possible, but those are all out full race motors. i mean, F1 engines idle at 9000rpms and rev to 18000-22000rpms.
