Well of course 15 psi is better than 10 psi. I would have stated a higher boost level but the comment that was made was that 10 psi > vtec, so naturally I used his "10 psi" comment in 10 psi + vtec > 10 psi. If I said 15 psi + vtec > 10 psi it wouldn't have made any sense.
