    On that note an "IA brawl session" would be loads of fun. everyone get some 12 oz gloves and some head gear and go have a blast with some 1 on 1 matches

    LOL, my gym makes me use 16 oz to spar . We only use headgear when we have a fight coming up and we wanna make sure we don't damage something during a spar session .

    16 oz would be even better, less possible damage. I would def wanna wear atleast some ear protection, i've got some cauliflower ear that wouldnt agree with taking too many straight shots lol
