I never even got to graduate (yet its says i did with honors) but since i got arrested and missed a lot of days they pulled my diploma. That being said I've never went to an academic college only athens tech and half of you probably have your masters yet I'm probably more intelligent. Take my gf for example... she got accepted to many nice colleges (duke being one of them) and did a semester at Emory yet when we argue i walk all over her. Most of them were in gangs ect (never considered myself in one) they all accepted me as black as well as i didn't talk like i do or dress like i do. It's only if i feel threatened. You felt as if my weight would stop me from hurting someone who intends to hurt me. It got to the point that they would threaten me every day and me being new i had to set a tone that i wasn't to be fucked with. Much like jail you must walk up to the biggest and baddest and start a fight. Even if you get your assed whooped it shows you have balls. I ended up winning only because of the chair but like i said i blacked out and this kid was fucking big (like 350 pounds jr big). From then on no one fucked with me and me and that kid became good friends.

I used it as an example because most of you think talking shit to someone is cool. (Personal shit that is) eventually someone will reach their limits. I didn't mind shit talking with yall about me. Family is off limits. Especially my little sister.

Yeah...that was jail for me. Ppl say it doesn't make you harder......they obviously haven't been. I was tried almost every day. I had to get bigger to be able to protect myself. I had actual murders in the same room as me. I went from 149 pounds to 196 in about 4 weeks. I did two years in county which is about 4 years prison time. 20 hours lock down sometimes more. So if I'm a little mentally damaged that is why. I'm honest to god a nice guy in person.

Not only am i (literally) twice your size..... but call me crazy, i know this is a long shot and i'm going out on a limb here....... but somehow i think my time training with modern army combative was more rigorous than your trailer park scuffles. I think being a BJJ blue belt and competing in multiple grappling competitions might be a mild edge over someone's experiences in a highschool lunch room. I had military parents and a dad who idolized bruce lee, i've been into martial arts most of my life in addition to being an avid gun collector and recreational marksman. You've spent 70 pages on a forum trying to convince people you're a bad ass and that you're "crazy enough" to "fuck someone up by any means possible" and you've wasted your time. A guy that gains that kind of muscle mass and is that big and can do 280 at less than 4% body fat just doesnt lose it overnight. Looking at your pictures you just arent genetically inclined to be that ripped and that muscular. Nevermind the fact that you couldnt get enough nutrition support in jail to support those kinds of gains.

Gwinnett player. I was eating well over 5 peanut butters a day and a shit ton of hard boil eggs. I also pulled in 70 dollars in store every week and I ordered around 30 honey buns and about 30 cinnamon rolls and pretty much anything high in protein. I would make two soups and mix a pack of crackers with 4 hard boil eggs all in one before I went to bed plus the doc had me on ensures. Im sure it was longer then 4 weeks man but im telling you that was the biggest I've ever been. I wish i had the motivation to get that big again. To go from 149 to 196 is a huge fucking difference. When in transfered to another county they had to cut all my sleeves because none of my clothes would fit. I got so obsessed with push ups i could do a whole deck of cards non stop

The 4% was when I got to jail idiot. Sorry if i worded it wrong. Obviously my % in body fat was higher when I got out. I did get a physical but don't remember the % in body fat.

Im an all american swimmer who was a state champion and had a full ride to NAU. I know what a swimmers body is. youre lean, you dont have mass. I highly doubt the less than 4% body mass claim because in my heyday i was much thinner (120 in highschool) and i was still 9% Body Fat. I also highly doubt the 280 bench claim because i dont think you realize how hard it is to bench almost 80-100 lbs more than your weight. Its extremely hard.

The bench mark is usually "be able to bench your body weight" to be considered in the average or slightly above average. youd be surprised how many people cant do that. To be able to bench 20-30% over your body weight is considered pretty impressive. more than that, incredible.

Id love to see a picture of you at 196lbs , you would be a ripped freak at that body fat % with that bench weight max.

For comparisons sake heres my friend who benches 315 and weighs 215:
