If you're making over 400 hp you should be able to beat my heavy car but I don't think that you will make enough and that you're too scared to lock in a race.

The aem ems is about 1600 most places. Plus tuning costs on top of that. It works quite well. I should know - I run one myself. I've tuned quite a few of them as well.

Most of the drag cars have huge laggy turbos but manage to launch on full boost. The AEM even has a setup for launching on boost. I've set it up on a couple of cars and it works.
I can run street tires also. You can't use the turbo or tires as an excuse if you don't trade.

You don't trap 145 in the 1/4. Highest speed would be a 120, not 145.
And I would hit 145 long before you as I am not on stock gearing. Mph only works if both have calibrated speedometers. A set distance is a fair race - that's why distance or time is used for all competitive motorrsports outside of land speed records.
