It only bans the last 2 numbers of the ip which change when resetting the router. If the did a domain ban it would also ban anyone with the same domain as me... like charter for example... if they banned my full ip it would also stop other ppl with charter from getting on. I use a program to change my mac address every 30 seconds and it bounce my ip off other hosting sites so i can't have my identity stolen. So they could never permaban me.

I don't need to. I know that a dynamic IP address when assigned by the ISP is irrelevant, and your MAC may be spoofed to others, but not to your ISP. ISP's require the mac address of your router to be registered to them for security and billing purposes, and when changed has to be re-registered to your ISP to continue your service.

Many new routers can 'clone' your previous routers MAC when you register a new device, but essentially it's pointing back to you regardless. Again, a MAC is a physical address and can only be changed when the physical device is changed.

Spoofing your MAC doesn't hide it. It's like covering your license plate with a piece of paper. It's not hard to look underneath.

Yes i did indeed go to jail... but look what I've acquired on my own. No help at all. No education, went to jail, lost all my basketball scholarships ect. Yet i still have had some pretty nice cars. I started with a blown head gasket civic that i flipped. I now have three cars. I could easily sell the other two together and dump 15k into my "shitty" miata but i like having more then one car. Like i said, i thought ur car was well done and clean but nothing special as there are many miatas that look just like urs. As far as driving skill..that shit can't be bought. I've been racing my whole life and if i wasn't so obsessed with basketball when i was younger i could have possibly driven for a pro team, but hey i fucked up. Eventually we all do.

Yes i work construction but make a good bit. I'll be off probation this month, and will be sitting my ass at a desk. Construction is a temporary thing to a temporary situation.
