I disagree with the fact that it's all about how you were raised. My dad is racist. I am in no way like that. In fact, I am very open minded. I have 3 sisters and they all date only black. I haven't ever dated a black person, but I have no problems with it.

i am mixed too half white half korean and i know a bunch of other half white half korean girls/guys who are my friends and each and every one of them is either dating a full korean/full white person or is married to a full korean/full white person.


i have yet to see a mixed korean/white person with another mixed korean person but thats not sya they arent out there this is a huge world.

i myself would prefer to find another mixed person but that doesnt look like it will happen judging from what i know from what i have seen.

I find a lot of nonwhite women attractive but have never dated one.
If i had a kid, i wouldnt encourage them to date interracially, but would be fine with anyone they met assuming that person was respectful. I think cultural differences create more obstacles than the issue of color itself and it's more of a problem with the families behind the dating couple than it is the couple.

I've had some Asian friends that had extremely strict families. To the point where if you walked into their house with your shoes on or chewed your food wrong at the dinner table they would literally bitch slap you on the spot and not think twice about it. So lets say their daughter is dating a southern white guy with a family of boot and camo wearing hunter types and they all come over for dinner wearing jeans and sleeveless shirts. Those types of cultural differences cause problems with interracial relationships and even if you dont agree with them, it's something you should at least acknowledge.

Is it still such a big deal? I mean damn. I think people need to really get over the whole "Stick with your kind" deal. This isn't the olden' days anymore. I went out last night, something that I rarely do, only to hear and see dirty looks from at least 4 or 5 different people there. In the area that I was sitting, there was another interracial couple and the entire night, these ignorant females were making comments about how wrong it is, how we are sell-outs, etc. To me love has no color.
