And yes, my STI is stock. Oh yeah, it has a K&N. Its my daily driver.

Stock means STOCK; i.e. no boost increase!
So if it just has a K&N, I already know the outcome of the race:
60 roll, I will win (not by much, but I will keep pulling).
From a stop, you will KILL me BAD! So bad that I probably won't even catch up at any speed, since after the launch you'll be accelerating while maintaining a 20+mph faster speed than me at anything over 40mph.
