This is so entertaining. I can't wait to see his response to this. I'll bring notorized affidavit of corrections, I will fill out the title's properly so everything is legit. Whoever wins will get both titles and a correction affidavit with "buyer changed mind" along with it so their title will still be good. That way there won't be any problems at all. Sounds like a plan to me.
