Then another weekend we can do the slower cars like mine and such

Then we can do the really slow cars like the Miata's and crap

Then we can do the mountain run stuff, this has regard to power and whoever wants to do it, can do it.

eh... I'd have it in two separate videos... the fast and slow cars in the first one just because they're the actual cars that make the "streets of Atlanta" and do slower cars first to save the fast monsters for last.

As for the mountain run video, I'd like to keep that separate and only for a select handful of people whom I know are capable of handling their car at the limits.

I sort of like that but I wouldn't be so discriminatory with it. I'd mix it up a little bit but a video with the absolute monsters would be good.

As for a mountain run you need to find someone who can operate that other GL2 of yours and another guy with another miniDV cam and we could post up around four turns and film cars blowing by. A few roadside shots and angles from different cars would be good. I'm going to order some vacuum mounts so we could mount your GL2's on a few cars. I've done a bunch of backroading and drifting videos back in Ohio so I've got experience with this. You need to balance this thing with safety and also the fact that people need to be hauling ass for the video to come out right. Its alot harder to pull off a good mountain/backroad video.

I'd really love to get in on the filming aspect at this to make some good use of my XL1. Shoot me a PM and we can get into this further.

I don't even know where thats at I'm a total n00b to ATL and GA man. Dude thats the dream shot! I was there about 4-5 years ago coming into Georgia from the Tennessee. Definitely some wide angle and roadside shots along with some good ol' obscure in-car angles. lol Don't shoot that video without me.

I was filming all saturday night, with Nyteryder, anclyT, SilverJester, HalfBaked, sirk and several others. I'll probably get Tony next weekend and anyone else who's with/running him.

I don't know when I'll be able to get to editing, as I'm a little pressed for time with school and work, but I'll post up what I have after I get it all done.

After reading 13 pgs of mostly people begging to be in a video they're likely not going to be in.......what yall should've done is make this an invitational event.

In other words, instead of asking 50 people if they want to go, yall should've asked those 50 to NOMINATE someone BESIDES themself that they feel is qualified. You'd be more likely to get a smaller pool to choose from rather than weed thru a hundred PM's of people begging to be in it.
