I know the guy in the red helmet is on Atnalta team, and they would preciate your photos anytime.

Nice pics. #3 is sick!! Where is that park at? I always wanted to photograph skaters.
Thank you, but to be honest I really didn't like the results all that much. When I go back, I'll take my time and do it right. I hate blurry pics.Originally Posted by s13slider

I don't think that's the name of the park though. I don't know any of those guys personally, but they seemed pretty cool. The 3 guys I posted up were just absolutely incredible. 20 ft of air, 360's, total bike control, total board control....they were bad asses. The guy in the red shirt was getting some really sick air on the bike. I got some great shots of him, but the background full of people ruined the shots. The guy in the red helmet was pretty cool too. I asked him to do some specific runs so I could shoot him and he did. The guy in the black helmet was badass too. He rode a damn wheelie the entire perimeter of the park and then dove down to do a run. Very cool.Originally Posted by Sentra
I thought the same thing too, until the guy got down there and did a few cross ups on that mountain bike....Originally Posted by .gauge.

No, it's not off Buford Hwy. It's actually in Lilburn.
Huge compliment considering who the author is.....thanks.Originally Posted by dean

The park is inside the Mountain Park complex. It's fairly new. I'd seen them quite a few times after my son's football practice, so yesterday I decided since we didn't have practice to take him up there to see it. He'd been bugging me to let him watch them. So we went up there after dinner. Like you, I thought it be cool to take some shots since there's so much action. Unfortunately, that's actually what makes it hard to catch them in the right shot. Since you're so close up, the movement is exaggerated on film. It's hard to pan, especially in low light. I thought I was all cool with my new little toy, the Expodisc, but it ended up being near worthless because there were so many people there that I only had either into or away from the sun....no real in between. Anyway, enough excuses. My son had a good time, which is really the reason we went there. Those guys were uber cool. So all in all it was a success.![]()
