I have not met God yet cause I am not yet worthy. You don't just meet God you must be blessed and approved by god to meet him.
If you try you can actually meet Satan for he visits many of his worshipers. Maybe you are one of those who must be lost before you are found.
I have not met you; therefore you are not real. You are likely a spam bot posing as a human. I have met Echo, QD, .blank cd, silversol, and several other people on here so therefore they are in fact real live people. I am not personally one of those that worships Satan and I am not lost and need not be found. Define someone who is lost.
A person seeking answers and knowledge to why things happen or life does what it does. No matter what every person can be lost if even for a second but its their choice to stay lost or to find the truth. If you choose not to then thats fine everyone is free as God created them.
Lolol. How the human mind can be influenced? As a three year old? You think? They also believe in the Easter Bunny. And the tooth fairy. A small child can be influenced and shaped by anything. I can tell a child that there is a giant surfboard that watches over surfers around the world and that child would probably believe it. Still no comparison, sir. Once that child grows, he or she gains more knowledge and can deduce that these things do not exist. If you want to try and go that route, go find older folks (or even teenagers) and try to sell them the story of Santa Claus. See if they're as soft and easily influenced as you think.
Just because that's what you believe it means, doesn't make it so. I'd love to know why a lot things happen the way they do. But I also know exactly where I am and what I am doing. I'm not lost by any means. "The truth," as you say, is only your belief of what it is. You don't actually know that what you think is the truth is really the truth.
Lolol @ "Biblical proofs."
And are really comparing a mythical children's being to God? Part of the main reason why this isn't close to a comparison is that as you get older, you find out that Santa isn't real. You don't continue to go to places where you're told of fantastic stories of what Santa can do for you. You're not told to devote your life to Santa. Santa, as he is taught to us (as children, mind you), is nothing more than a bringer of toys to children.
I find it amusing that you even thought to compare the two, lolol.
You sir are delusional. You know not of the truth behind his existence so therefore you cannot feel what can't be shown. Let me explain something. Sit down.
First and foremost, I am personally an agnostic atheist. This, by definition, is a person that is atheist because we do not believe in the existence of any deity and we are agnostic because the belief in any one deity is unknowable in principle or currently unknown in fact. You choose to read this book referred to by many as the bible. It's a book. Doesn't matter whether it's fictional or real. It's a book and probably one of the oldest books known to Man. Cat in the hat is a book and one of my favorite books to read. So, should I choose to refer to Cat in the Hat as my "bible" and believe that my deity is a cat wearing a hat I would be called insane and quite possibly unethical. You would call it absurd because we know for a known provable fact that cat don't wear hats unless they are trained to do so or you just want to dress your cat up. There is no proof, whether past or current, to show that god or jesus existed or is even a deity. The way I see it; god and or jesus is nothing more than a mythical or theoretical martyr the human race forms a union for and turns to just to escape from the reality we have made for ourselves called society for the mere glimmer of hope that the human race still has sanity. Santa cannot be compared to your god in any way shape form or fashion because we know he was never real and there is proof of this. Why are we not worshiping soldiers that die everyday for us? What's more important to you; your sins or your freedom?
So, according to this quote you are lost as well. You are searching for something that cannot be proven only for a little bit of hope.
Ah, but yearly we got evidence that he was real in the form of presents, etc.
Not to mention we were children and unable to think logically and for ourselves at that point. However, once I became older I grew privy to the concept that he was not real, and I accepted it. Exact same situation with God.
The reason I dont believe the texts/teachings is the plethora of loopholes, for something that claims to be "the teachings direct", its flawed.
