Contact the local sheriffs office and ask them where it's legal for you to protest their business and do it as close as possible. Hurt their bottom dollar and you may find te money you seek to fix what they've broken.
I'm going to spread as much negative PR about them as i can. As far as protesting, i don't have the time for that.
I'm just going to eat the price of a new manifold and get another fabricated.
