yeah heres my rule for this #1 my girl is 19. we've been together for 4 months and things are great, ALLLLLL girls can keep up that sweet fun front blah blah blah then they get comfortable and drop it. AFTER a year maybe year and some change, they let it ALL out, b/c they think they got you, basically all girls have the ability to be nice and sweet 24/7 however about 10% or less actually WANT to be that way. after a year or so you'll know weather you wanna tough it through or get out. i always try to give the benefit of the doubt but when the bad days out number the good then its time to let it go.
not saying you should just be aware and don't fall for girl tricks, be a good guy and be yourself, don't assume she'll change cause only 1 out of 100 girls ACTUALLY change.

girls that age don't know what they want and tend to be emotionally unstable (damn lolis) but yeah bro. best of luck
