Yes. Floyd county is TRASH. Thats why I am getting the helll out of there. I made the bitches pay for it. Had to threaten the county manager that I was going to take them to court and sue for more than damages and finally he decided to step up. It was a never ending battle....still didnt get as much as I wantd but it atleast covered everything but for the brakes.
