Julio made those rules when there was alot of **** going on. Some mods were banning people for things that some didnt agree with.
In light of the 20 threads made that week, he made that thread basically trying to calm everyone down.
What you guys are doing is taking it completely out of context.
Call people out, talk ****, have fun, but come on, you dont call someone N!IGGER in a thread. Thats bull**** and you are lucky you dont get your ass kicked over it.
I personally have banned people for using the word.
But thats not the point, the point is, just like jaime said, stop looking for loop holes and stop whining , its over with. Whether you like it or not, now you know not to use that word.
If you dont like it, PM JULIO OR ADMIN, dont make a 10 page thread trying to champion your cause.
