I think you're just arguing to argue at this point, since you're not making a point. Such a contract probably wouldn't be publicly available, and rightfully so.

I'll just believe what every other contract attorney says about the contract, and you and the rest of the 1.7 million can believe there's a chance, however small, that the Robertson's have a unique contract that allows them to own A&E's intellectual property, that allows them to terminate said contract at will, at the same time, allows A&E to suspend them, and that A&E's team of attorneys are stupid enough to let that happen.
