You also have to look a number of factors like the demand for your business and the cost/benefit ratio of hiring employees. I am assuming you run a speed shop from what I have seen you post in other threads, and thats a business that is entirely based on disposable income. If consumers have less disposable income due to inflation/stagnant wages/greater tax burden that means they will have less disposable income to spend on your products, ergo less demand for your products.
