That's not a carburetor, it your intake manifold. Your car is a DX, so it has DPFI (Dual Point Fuel Injection) which looks like a carburetor. You may just have a leaky garment and your injector not sealing right. You can purchase what you need from Honda or most autoparts stores. I would also suggest replacing your fuel filter.
