    ooo my ricerness almost cost me today.

    racing this ej8 down 53 where it's 35 lol. (oh btw, this thing was pretty quick... smoking like crazy but quick) and so were hauling nuts where 211 runs into 53 (past road atlanta coming from braselton to gainesville) and we go for a little while. then he turns off into a neighborhood. so i slow down and go about 50-ish for a good 2-3 minutes then look up and see this hall county sherif on my ass and bam... those flashin' lights.

    and it went like this:

    : where you guys going in such a hurry

    - at this time i realized he saw me and the other guy hauling, not just me going too fast, and went into panic mode for some reason-

    - apparently he was waiting at a light at 211 that t-bones with 53 and saw us haul past him

    Me : uh umm-- uhh... (fumble fuck blablabla) I'm just trying to get to school

    : Oh. you sure you weren't racing? ~grins~ did you even see me back there?

    Me : uhhh adadajjmmm... aaaa. no sir.

    : you didn't even see me?

    Me : no sir.

    : Oh. well you guys sure were flying.

    Me : oh.

    : do you have your license and insurance?

    Me : yes sir... ~rummage through glove box~ ~find geico card that expired 6/08~

    Me : um this is all i have

    : this expired 6/08

    Me : the policy number should be the same, it just re-upped this month.

    -Cop goes to his car for a while and comes back-
    -I'm ready for tint ticket again, 80-35, reckless driving blablablabla-

    : Alright I know how it is with you guys and your hondas. you wanna see what every other honda has. i used to have a type-r myself, so i've been there. but this belongs on the track.

    Me : yes sir
    : I'm going to give you a warning today, but you understand if i would have given you a ticket we could have impounded your car and you would have hundreds of dollars in fees

    Me : yes sir

    : Alright, well this is my road. i sit here all the time and if i see you speeding again, i'm going to give you a ticket.
