What is the Best/Easiest way to control a group of people?

well, it depends.....if its a small group of people a direct democracy would work best and if its a large group a rep government would work best. But overall a federalist democracy is the only Government that works that we know of(and the most efficient)

dosen't matter, a whole society or 1 person. the only thing that changes is the scale.
