background checks and fbi checks are actually just a ss# and judicial area records check.

you can have felonies in some cases and still get good jobs..... AS LONG AS YOU ARE HONEST.

90% of people that fail criminal background checks were completely dishonest about things....


good luck to the hr guy though...... 9.50 for a decent employee is asking alot.... i hope its a cool atmosphere and relaxed environment.... otherwise id work at dominoes.

9-11 changed the rules when it deals w/ the airlines sir. They are VERY diff checks and I'm sure you can see why.

And 9.50 for a decent employee is NOT asking a lot w/ all of the people looking for work these days. ANY job a man agrees to do is worth doing his best at it. That line of thought is what's wrong w/ the country today. If you wanna do a shtty job then just quit - no matter what your job is.

I work there as an assistant manager. I'm sick of it after 3 years and want a new direction.

I don't know why my application seems to be skipped over but I have multiple years of experience in detailing and aircraft maintenance as my father's been in the business for the last 40 years.

Sorry I haven't updated. There will be more positions available soon since they are cleaning house. 2 guys are up and working right now. I had a TON of responses and a TON of great applicants. I passed on all the resumes to the main manager and he chose who to hire. He said that the next few people he hires will be out of that batch. Unfortunately, its my last week there. Good luck guys. Its a fun, easy job. Some of you should expect a call in the near future.
