New information found, supposedly there is a SS number error that pulls up every time a company tries to pull my credit report which doesn’t allow them to receive it. I think I might have written my SS number wrong when I renewed my license last month and because of that there is an error.

I hope I can resolve this tomorrow. I plan to go get that credit card and open that account!
