I would expect to spend around 3500 give or take a few hundred. It depends some on whether it's a usdm or Jdm motor. Vteckidd (Mainstream) should be around soon and give you a more exact price but that's a rough guess. To hit 180-190 invest in a good header. RMF or Mainstream is going to be making their own header that will be tested for power to ensure peak numbers, the mainstream will be a very good alternative. Then I would look at Skunk2Pro2 cams or Rocket motorsports M22 cams. I would go with Rocket Motorsports valvetrain either way. Maybe some omnipower flat face valves. Then go with an Obd1 conversion and run a chipped p28 to tune with. That should get you to 180+. Of course there are a few other little things that I didn't add in but those would be the major hard parts along with intake,intake manifold, and exhaust. Good luck.
