    Slicks are great for traction and breaking things. If your car is not built to take it, save your money and build it TO take it. Yes, they are the best way to get traction, but on a 15 sec car so is a good set of NEW tires. If you are spinning so much in a 15 sec car, you have other issues like bald tires or dumping the clutch at 6000 rpms or trying to race on 13 in tires.

    I have to agree with 1439....why bother?
