from my experiences id say the p8r head is worth it...gota friend wita teg/b20p8r/ls tranny that can beat an eg hatch/b20 regular head/b16 tranny...if i was you i would jus buy an b20z get best of both

well, i got people telling me that the b20 is just a slightly different from a ls. but i heard that the b20 head have better air flow than the ls head. if i'm fixing to do a swap, i'm better off jus saving an extra hundra or so doing a GSR swap.
