Is the problem that you have an internally gated turbo and have a manifold that has a WG provision on the #1 runner? If so, just make a block-off plate for the WG provision on the manifold and you will be good to go! And be sure to make the block-off plate out of some metal that is at least semi-heavy, so it won't leak exhaust gases.
